Shipping policy

CANADA: Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before tax). 

UNITED STATES: please note free shipping is not currently offered due to tariffs and duties. All expected charges will be shown at checkout Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before tax). Please note that if Small Packet USA is selected, it does not include a tracking number. International packages may experience a delay due to custom clearance.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping rates are based on order weight, size, and destination. Please note if the Small Packet option is selected, it does not include a tracking number. International packages may experience a delay due to custom clearance.

All international packages may be subject to customs, duties, and/or other fees. Sowholistic Botanicals has no control over these potential fees that are calculated by the country’s customs department, thereby, please note customers will be responsible for any of the above fees.

Shipping times will vary based on location and may be further affected due to delays related to COVID-19. Please note that destinations outside of Ontario, Canada may take longer for delivery. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times with Canada Post. If any circumstances arise outside of our control with delivery, we will be sure to contact you via email with updates. 

ORDER PROCESSING

As a small business, all orders are processed by ourselves, without a third party fulfillment service. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and may take up to 7-14 business days to arrive once they have been processed. Please note, there may be some delays with shipping due to COVID-19. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are always provided along with your order confirmations via email. 




Return Policy


Due to the nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. All items are handmade locally and thoroughly inspected before shipping to customers. All items purchased are final sale.
